Restaurant ‘t Pakhuus and 4 star Design Hotel Texel Suites on the isle of Texel are located in the same historic warehouse at the harbour of Oudeschild. The restaurant sits on the waterfront and only serves local produce. The specialty is seafood, but locally grown lamb, pork and beef is also on the menu. Our experienced kitchen team takes pleasure in preparing and serving seasonally appropriate delicious lunches and dinners.
Restaurant ’t Pakhuus is mentioned in “de Lekker” and Michelin guide. During the summer months you can also have your drinks or meal outside on the quay. If the weather is not in your favour sit-down in our wintergarden, enjoy a good meal and a nice glass of wine and while gazing at the delightful view of the harbour.
Design Hotel Texel Suites | Boutique Hotel
Design Hotel Texel Suites offers you a luxurious, relaxing stay on this magnificent island. Stay in one of our three luxuriously design suites with incredible views on the Wadden Sea and harbour, which sleeps either two, three or four people. Whichever suite you choose, it will always have a rain shower, a flat-screen television and a climate-controlled wine cabinet. In addition, each room is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, ensuring that you will wake up each morning rested and refreshed.
Suite 2 is a two level suite on the 3rd and 4th floor with one bedroom is an intimate and romantic space for two. Relax and read a nice book, or have a glass of wine from the in-room wine cabinet and stand at the French balcony watching sail boats go by.
Suite 3 is a two level suite on the 3rd and 4th floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom equipped with double rain showers. This suite has views of the harbour, the village, and an old fashioned windmill on the same grounds of the Maritime Museum. On the horizon is the Hoge Berg nature park. A lot of families prefer this room. It’s 295 square feet is more compact through which it gets it’s homely atmosphere. It is the perfect spot to come home to after a day at the beach.
Suite 4 is a two-bedroom loft with 460 square feet of living space and is located on the 2nd floor. The perfect spot to gaze at the sea and harbour.On cold and lazy days sit-down next to the fireplace to enjoy a well-deserved moment of peace. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom which were designed for your relaxation and comfort. There is no need to hurry like at home!
