JRE: Young top chefs with a shared passion for gastronomy

JRE – Jeunes Restaurateurs – is an international association of young, talented restaurateurs who share a love of cooking and hospitality with like-minded peers.The association includes over 350 restaurants and 160 hotels in 16 countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Restaurant ’t Pakhuus is a proud member of JRE.As part of this network, we share the association’s vision: cooking with passion, using honest, local ingredients, and providing guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

JRE chefs combine creativity and craftsmanship with a deep respect for tradition and a focus on regional products. Hospitality and atmosphere are key – something you will notice in every detail. The result is the unique JRE experience, where quality and dedication come together.

Membership is intended for restaurateurs under the age of 42.Once a member turns 50, they are named "Table d’Honneur," an honorary membership within the association.
